Exchange & Claims Policy
At Cricult, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not offer returns, we are happy to assist with exchanges and handle claims for damaged products under the following terms:
Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.
- The T-shirt must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Please ensure that the correct product is handed over to the courier executive during an exchange pickup. The courier partner is responsible only for collecting the package and cannot verify its contents. If an incorrect item is handed over, we will not be liable for it and will be unable to process another exchange request for the order.
- Exchanges are available for size adjustments only.
- An exchange can be availed only once per order.

Exchange Process:
- Contact us at support@cricult.in to initiate an exchange, and we will arrange a pickup.
- Please note that pickup services are subject to pincode and serviceable area availability.

Shipping Fee for Exchange:
- A shipping charge of flat ₹50 will apply regardless the number of items.
- This fee can be paid either online after the pickup or upon delivery of the new item.

Pickup Policy:
- We’ll attempt pickup up to 3 times only. After that pickup will be cancelled.
Claim Policy for Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will ensure it is replaced at no additional cost.
To file a claim:
- Email us at support@cricult.in.
- Include a proper unboxing video and clear images of the product showing the defect, along with the original packaging.
Once the claim is verified, we will reprint and ship a new product to you free of cost.
